Bought a used truck from dealer. Price was to be 540 per month. Dealer added other charges and I was unaware when I signed on a computer signature pad. Did not get a copy of contract or bill of sale. Returned to dealership and they said they couldn't pull it up and red flags went off in my head. Called the credit union and found the price per month was 628 per month. Seems as the dealer added a service contract to the deal. Tried to stop the transaction but was unable to for I had possession of the truck. FRAUD.

My wife and I had an issue with our van. The van was covered under a warranty and was taken there because the warranty company required a Chrysler dealership to work on the vehicle. We were quoted a price for repairs on our ram 1500 and when we went to pick it up price had increased by 500 dollars when asked why they reduced it 250 but could not explain why

Pre sale was wonderful but post sale followup has been horrible. Other than sales rep Logan, responses to my questions have not been made.

Mike has been our salesman for years . Our experience is always great. I would recommend him. Always treated great.

The staff was great and was the car buying experience was pleasant with a hometown warm feeling. Everyone was very nice and played with my lively 8 yr old son while I did the business side of things. Mike and Tobie really helped me out alot and got me in the jeep I wanted. I highly recommend 👌

The sales staff was very helpful but the pricing is very misleading. They advertise a price online and clearly indicate that the advertised price includes the dealer fees but does not include tax, tag, and title fees that must be paid by the purchaser. After they do a hard inquiry on your credit they disclose a mandatory $1,879. Lux Care package and a $799. processing fee. When it clearly states online the pricing and you take a 2 hour drive to go purchase a vehicle and they drop this on you it's pretty disappointing.

I broke down over Memorial Day weekend and the service department went above and beyond expectations to get me back in the road. The service advisor, Daniel Soelch, was absolutely tremendous in solving my problems. Top notch experience all the way around.

The Service Center contact was very knowledgeable regarding the warranty and how the warranty would work. She stayed in touch.

Will was very helpful and took his time finding us the perfect truck to work the deal. Even if it took a few days and a few different trucks, he made it work and myself and my fiancé couldn't be happier!

Terrible terrible terrible. Up front they make you think you'll be treated fairly, but the service department lacks an ounce of empathy or integrity, or professionalism, or assistance.
Bought a warranty there and had my issue looked at more than 4 times and still no resolution, now the warranty will expire.
A disgusting company through and through, being backed up by their service managers laughing in your face for defending yourself against their policies designed to keep you from getting the service you need.

They treat you like family. Never pressure you . William Hill was great, I looked at 4 cars. He listen to me and let me get what I wanted. Everybody else was real helpful and treat you like they known you all there life, A lot better then the big boys in cobb county.

Service dept does not have a clue. Spent $1369 for nothing still same issue when I picked up my vehicle. Charges $211 per hour. Took my Jeep somewhere else after towing it from this dealer issue was a $15 fuel filter DO NOT TAKE Your car there for service, They lied about the parts they were supposed to replace the old parts still in the Jeep Service manager Greg has no clue as well as Mikel the service advisor Bottom line they are incompetent to work on anything

I had to pick up a thermostat for my Jeep Wrangler & my local dealer in Cartersville was out of it & were going to transfer it from Rome. Since I was headed to Rome anyway, I offered to pick it up and arranged to have it laid out. It was easy peasy, in & out with no problems. Everyone was kind and very helpful! Usually my husband takes care of the car maintenance but since his passing...I have to do it disabled and all!! Recommending anyone that has had issues with this dealership to file a lawsuit. IT IS THE ONLY WAY YOU WILL GET RESULTS!

Came to the dealership after Collin Garrett was very helpful and knowledgeable definitely says a lot about the dealer when willing to help and answers all your question. I can only imagine what the dealership is like during business hours. Looking forward to buying my next truck here.

Devon did a great job. He was knowledgeable and honest, and the dealership worked with me to get the pricing I wanted. I've not yet had any real experience with their Service Dept, but I'm very pleased with Sales.

Ginger in service is awesome! She gets it done right and is customer oriented. She always goes above and beyond for her customers. Best service advisor EVER!

Couldn't deal with them, they wanted me to pay fee's other than tax,tag and title. A used vehicle they advertised for $6850 was going to cost $8000 cash.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. My daughter's 2017 Jeep Compass is currently being held for ransom by the service department. It was brought in to have the radio replaced because the backup camera stopped working at less than 50,000 miles on the car.
